Our Pricing

Our goal is to make our pricing simple, transparent, and affordable. We have standardized prices used for our base lawn care service, based upon your lawn square footage. There are many variables and factors that will increase or decrease the price but the general guideline remain the same for each customer.

As for our Landscaping services - price will be determined per project. All customers will be given an as close to accurate itemized estimate regarding their project prior to landscaping services. *Estimate subject to change

Our price sheet reflects your necessary landscaping and lawn care maintenance needs on a one-time project, weekly or bi-weekly (every other week) basis.

Pricing variables may include:

Shape: A perfectly rectangular lawn will take a considerable amount of time less to mow in comparison to an odd shaped lawn with flowerbeds, trees, roots, and obstacles scattered throughout your lawn.

Access and Elevation: Small gates into backyards keep us from using larger mowing equipment, and increases the time it takes to mow the backyard if it is fenced in, increasing the labor and cost. However gates and fences will not always raise your overall price, don’t let that deter you. Long driveways or addresses with steep hills also increase the time and intensity it takes to perform our service.

Clippings Disposal: Our base lawn care package will always include a mowing service with a mulching lawn mower, however it is an additional cost if we must use a bag for any reason. If a bag is needed, we assume that we will be hauling the clippings to be composted. That is a cost factored in for each mow, only if needed. If your estimate requires the lawn to be cut multiple times with more than one pass in one visit, often due to length, your estimate will be a one-time increase. Your maintenance price you pay will go down to the base price of your home once we are on a schedule.

On large properties, having the clippings side-discharged and left on the lawn will reduce the price. When requesting the use of a bag on smaller properties, having an area in the back where grass clippings can be dumped and left will also reduce the overall price.
