How do I schedule my lawn to be serviced by Zorzi Landscaping?

We make sure that scheduling is a breeze. You can schedule through our website, or email: zorzilandscaping@gmail.com. Once you inquire about our lawn care services, a Zorzi Landscaping team member will reach out with an estimate regarding your requests as well as a date to be scheduled at our earliest convenience. On that date, we will be there at any point during that day. Weekly and bi-weekly lawn care will reoccur on that day of the week as scheduled, however we ask our customers to allow us a 48 hour window before or after the scheduled date to complete the work in case of weather delays (see below). Once the Zorzi Landscaping estimate is offered and accepted, you will be notified via text message every step of the way from confirmed schedule date, to job completion, to invoice and payment. Is Zorzi Landscaping Licensed and Insured?

Your home is in great hands! Yes, Zorzi Landscaping is fully licensed and insured. W9 & COI available upon request.

Do I have to be home when Zorzi Landscaping comes to do lawn maintenance?

No. As our weekly and daily schedules change, we are likely to come at any time during your scheduled date. All we ask is that you leave us access to any gates or blocked off areas leading to your lawn. Your home is safe with us!

What should we do with our pets during lawn maintenance?

Although we love our furry friends, we ask out of courtesy for all of our professionals that our customers house all pets during lawn care service. We also ask that you pick up all dog excrement and toys. Excess dog excrement could raise your overall price after first visit.

Once Zorzi Landscaping has completed the job, how do I pay?

For landscaping projects, a down payment may be required with the full payment completed after the job is done. For routine lawn maintenance, you will only pay after the job is complete. We make payment options incredibly easy. After the job is complete, we will send you an invoice via text or email. You will open the invoice and click on “pay invoice” to pay via credit or debit card. Simple as that! We recommend saving your card on file with us, that way once the job is complete you will be automatically invoiced and the transaction will be completed automatically with the zero hassle of re-entering your card information.

What happens if it rains the day of my scheduled service date?

In order to keep all of our customers on track with their weekly and bi-weekly maintenance schedule, we set aside days and times during the week solely for weather make-ups. However those days may forecast bad or wet weather as well. We ask you to be patient with us. We want the best for your lawn and at times that means delays. We ask that our customers allow us a 48 hour window before OR after your scheduled maintenance date. If lawn service will be delayed or done one or two days prior due to bad weather, you will be notified.

Will Zorzi Landscaping ever service my lawn before my scheduled maintenance date?

Yes, this is what we mean by giving us a 48 hour window. For example, If your scheduled service date is on a Thursday, and it is forecast calls for heavy rain on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, the work will take place on Wednesday, one day before your scheduled date. We do this to keep your lawn and our customers on a routine schedule without the necessary lawn maintenance falling behind or getting off track. All landscape projects will be re-scheduled or delayed to a later date.

Will I be charged if bad weather prevents maintenance from being done on my scheduled date?

No. We will never charge you for any reason until the job is complete.

What if I need to cancel my lawn care service for the day or for the season.

There is no penalty for cancelling your lawn service for the day or for the season. As seen above, we will never charge you until our work is complete. However, we do ask our customers to notify us 12-24 hours in advance for scheduling purposes and to avoid miscommunication. If you wish to cancel your lawn care for the season, email us and we will cancel your service at no cost.
